A fifth-generation family farm in upstate New York with parents who could both trace their roots to the Mayflower were the backdrop to the person that I am. Puritan values were a way of life and has stood well throughout my career in dealing honestly and compassionately with people pursuing the American dream.

I married Richard (the love of my life) from Louisville and we have made our home here for nearly 30 years. We raised our daughter, Jessica, a graduate of Louisville Male High School and in 2008, University of Louisville. The charm and friendliness of Louisville (one of the best places to live in America) have kept us here to seek our own dreams.

Finally in 2000 I was able to pursue a long-time interest and joined Semonin Realtors. My observation over the years was when I did have a chance to join the real estate sales community, I wanted to be with Semonin Realtors. They clearly generated a presence above and beyond any other company in town. Since joining them, I’ve appreciated the support and training they continually give to their agents and clients.

Louisville, although affected by recent economic factors, still has a market for real estate.
